General Description: There are many well documented catalysts that contribute to insomnia. Deep Sleep essential oil formula: tangerine, petitgrain, ylang ylang, marjoram, vetiver, valerian and jasmine, work together to counter the causes of insomnia and to reinstate the natural healing sleep cycle. The marjoram, tangerine and petitgrain work synergistically to relax muscular tension due to emotional or mental stress. When combined they lower high blood pressure and the increased heart rate from food allergies or overeating and will counter the over stimulation of excess caffeine found in coffee, tea, chocolate and sodas.

Many insomnia suffers smoke and drink alcohol. There is a false belief that smoking and drinking alcohol will work as a sedative. Nicotine stimulates the sympathetic ganglia and also the adrenal glands, which then secrete adrenalin, evoking increased heart rate and elevating blood pressure. Many people will respond to alcohol as a stimulant when having low blood sugar. Alcohol acts similarly to the sleep aids in regard to reducing and suppressing the REM cycle. Alcohol consumption causes dehydration, which contributes to restless sleep. Ylang ylang, vetiver, valerian and jasmine have strong sedative and healing properties without any side effects.

2 drops to 1/4 tsp. Miracle II Lotion or Path to Perfect Health carrier oil on face, neck and chest before bed.

Prior to bath, exfoliate skins surface. Apply 6 drops to 1 tsp. Miracle II Lotion or Gel. Apply mixture to upper body. As tub fills add 1 oz. Miracle II Soap & 1 oz Miracle II Neutralizer. Soak for 20 min.

Add drops to aromatherapy diffuser to relax and induce sleep. Add 12 drops to a 2 oz. spray bottle of pure water. Spray pillow before bedtime.

Quick application can be applied under the nose.

Apply directly under nose and the bottom of the feet.

Your own product: Fill a tiny vial with Deep Sleep and carry with you when you travel. Mix 12 drops to 2oz. Miracle II Lotion or Path to Perfect Health carrier oil and create a sleep inducing moisture lotion or oil.
