General Description:  Mental fatigue, lethargy, lack of focus and concentration are symptoms (warning signs) of an underlying problem. Instead of acknowledging the real issue, we reach for the caffeine-containing products for a quick fix. Alert essential oil formula: lemon, tangerine, black pepper, nutmeg, bergamot and peppermint will assist in relieving the symptoms of mental fatigue while gently supporting, contributing and strengthening the reserve resources. Apply two drops in the palm of your hand and rub your hands together. Cup over nose and inhale and exhale completely for 2 minutes. Carry with you in a sm. amber 1/4 dram bottle for an instant inhalant.

Rub the oil on the palms on the muscles on the back of the neck. 1 drop to 1/4 tsp. Miracle II Lotion or Gel and massage tension areas at temples, back of neck and shoulders. Wear under nose and ear lobes.

Your own product: Fill a small amber vial with 1/2 Alert drops and 1/2 Path to Perfect Health carrier oil and inhale from vial or rub under nose. Mix 15 drops into a 2 oz. jar filled with Miracle II Gel or Lotion, use as a daily stimulating moisturizer. Add drops to Miracle II Soap for a stimulating morning shower.
