I have been living out here for a while now and Deb and I do nothing but eat these recipes and perform the quick start program together and we feel and look great! What do we mean when we say, “It’s not your fault you're fat”? Whose fault is it? It is a fact that if you over-eat and consistently eat junk food you will accumulate fat. However, thick waistlines and thick thighs are not due to weak will-power or the lack of self-discipline alone. How would you like to get to the root of your weight cycle pattern?
Fat is a whole-body condition, consistently cultivated over a long period of time. Sometimes fat is confused with water weight gain. Stored water is an instant defense reaction to a toxin, bacteria, virus or parasite that has recently invaded the body. Quite often, water weight is the side effect of prescription drugs. Your body is operating to save your life and you decide to hold a belief that you do not love it? Does that make any sense to you? Well, it doesn’t to us. That would be like a knight in shining armor rescuing you, but you refuse to thank him or love him simply because you do not like the way he looks? It is time to change that perception and create a new belief structure in order for your thoughts to be in alignment with your truth. We want to hear, “I love my body, just as it is,” by the time you are done with this program.
