upon waking, choose one option & engage for 15-20 minutes:
· take a brisk walk or gentle jog
· follow along to an exercise DVD
· intently move as you clean your house with chemical free cleaning products
· exfoliate your skin in the shower or bath with the a loofah or use body brush after the shower.
If you are injured or incapable of movement, massage yourself starting at your feet, moving up the legs applying pressure towards the heart.
· concentrate on circulating the blood toward the lumpy, bumpy locations. be gentle so you do not cause bruising. be kind to your delicate skin. it is a pretty important part of the body.
2 be pampered.

skinny gel.
Make a ‘skinny gel’ by using your Miracle II Gel and add 4 drops of Weight +/- Essential Oils and apply by choosing one of the following options:
· on the go. apply a very thin layer of skinny gel to congested areas & allow it to dry before you get dressed. get up and go.
· in the bath. apply a thin layer of skinny gel over freshly exfoliated skin. don’t miss the congested areas: thighs, buttocks, stomach and the back of the arms. always apply a thin layer across the liver area under the sternum. let it dry as you fill your tub with very, very, very warm water.
· add ½ cup solar sea salts as the tub fills. add 8 drops of Weight +/- after you turn off the water. soak in the tub for twenty minutes while massaging the congested tissue.
· massage toward the heart while increasing circulation & start smoothing/toning the skin.
· wrap it up. butter your congested areas with the ‘skinny gel’. Be generous to insure sticking power. moisten the ace bandage with hot water and wrap it around the treated area. absorb the gel for 20-45 minutes. rub in any excess gel after you remove the wrap. rinse the bandage out with warm water. let it air dry & reuse.
the purpose of the gel is to hold all nutrients in place long enough to be absorbed into the skin. the nutrients will neutralize toxins & dissolve the fat pockets as it nourishes the outer layer of the skin. don't forget to thank your body for doing its job while you apply. need we remind you that sending thoughts of, "i am unattractive" will NOT support the healing. change your perception.
skinny cream.
Make a ‘skinny cream’ by adding 4 drops to Miracle II Lotion and choose one of the following options:
· on the go. apply a medium to thick layer as a body moisturizer to the congested areas. works best after a ‘skinny gel’ treatment.
This nourishing cream dissolves unwanted inches throughout the day & can be used as an alternative to the ‘skinny gel’. ‘skinny cream’ works best massaged into the skin, which increases circulation and helps to break up the congestion. The skin is the largest eliminating organ. stored toxins use the skin as their escape hatch. it is not the preferred job of the skin to excrete these nasty toxins and the skin can become irritated, so thank it often. Celebrate as those trapped toxins leave the body. use the ‘skinny cream’ to calm the skin when irritated or dry. relax, don’t stress out about this condition, and consider yourself warned. this type of skin reaction is known as a healing crisis and it is a good sign that the program is working!

· Apply the skinny cream as a body moisturizer. Every 28 days the dead, outer layer of skin is sloughed off. The nutrients help to condition the outer layers of the epidermis at the same time traveling deep into the inner layers of the derma to correct DNA mutations. In three months time you will have a different texture of skin altogether. Allow three to six months for demising scars, wrinkles and smoothing chronic cellulite.
night cream.
Make a night cream by adding 2 drops of Wrinkle oil to Miracle II Lotion.
· Apply the ‘night cream’ to face and neck after a thorough washing. allow three to six for wrinkles to fade.
heart center cleanse.
Make a ‘heart cleanse gel’ with 2 drops Emovere’ and Miracle II Gel.
· Apply ‘heart cleanse gel’ over chest like a ‘vapor rub.’ Years and years of stored patterns, judgments and negatively charged thoughts can be broken up in your sleep using this amazing gel/essential oil combination. These patterns, judgments and negatively charged thoughts are acidic and contribute to body fat and cellulite. allow gel to dry completely and sleep well.
