Q. Will you please give us an
update on the FDA recall and why does the recall letter
say “Urgent
Drug Recall” when all of the Miracle II products are made
from soap?
They (FDA) told us that
we had to have an Urgent Drug Recall. We don’t make drugs. We
just make a soap. Miracle II Neutralizer and Neutralizer
Gel both are just soap and H20/water. It’s just soap and
water. It’s
a soap that cleans the body. Most people have forgotten
that if you clean up the body, it operates the way God meant
for it to be – beautiful! God made the human
body so that it would rebuild and heal itself. We don’t
medicate and the FDA doesn’t regulate soap. We
had to go through with the recall or we would be in non-compliance.
They are right
and we are wrong, the way they see it, but there will come
a time for us to prove that there was nothing wrong and they
have
falsely accused us.
Q. Is the FDA trying to get the
Miracle II products classified as a drug?
I stress to people that even in their own guidelines,
The FDA states that soaps are excluded from the
jurisdiction of the
FDA. They don’t and can’t regulate soap. We make
soap.
Q. What would happen to the Miracle II products if
the FDA officially classified
them as a drug?
They will never be able to shut us down but if it gets to that
point, I will put the formula on the internet and let people
have it. I guarantee you that nine out of ten households will
be able
to make it right in their house, a gallon at a time, without
any problem. Then they would say, I know why Clayton was saying,
God
has chosen the simple things to confound the minds of the wise.
Q. What type of bacteria did the FDA find and is it
dangerous?
We check everything. Nothing leaves out of here with any
bacteria in it. We check our water like water for kidney
dialysis is checked and our water is better than theirs.
We have heard from so many people including two microbiologists
and about ten nurses who have said things like, there is more
bacteria on a salad
then there is in your product and don’t let the FDA pull
your leg because it’s on every operating table and IV
they put in you. It’s not that bad, but again if you’re
writing a book to control people then you’re going to
put that on the negative side of things. They say (FDA) it
may cause problems.
Well, if you drink four gallons of water, it may blow your
bladder up. If you eat 15 hamburgers in one sitting, it may
blow your
stomach up.
Q. Through your own company testing, were you
able to verify the FDA test results?
We have had tests run through major labs and we have
never had any contamination. Both in the United
States and Canada we have not been provided with a sample
of what the
FDA actually tested, so it’s more or less "your're
guilty" if we say you are or until you prove yourself innocent
and we are going to jump on you before you have time to check
things out for yourself. God doesn’t give
you contaminated information – it’s pure and
Holy and this product has been that for 25 years. The unidentified
qualities are the anointing of God – they will never
figure that out!
Q. Why wasn’t there a specific
product recall date listed in the recall letter
and what
is the date range of the products being recalled?
The FDA thrives on confusion. There were no dates on
their letter. The average person uses the product up within
a month of purchase. People were asking us for a date
and we came up with January 1 2006. The FDA would not
provide any dates. We didn’t write the recall
letter, the FDA did and they did not provide any dates.
Q. Was there a time when you halted
production because of the recall?
We have never stopped making it and never stopped shipping it.
Q. Has there been any health problems reported from using
the Miracle II products?
We have never had a negative report in the 25 years we have
been making Miracle II products.
Q. What has been the consumer’s reaction to the
product recall?
Most people know what’s going on. They don’t
like what the FDA is doing. I haven’t run into any educated
people that like what the FDA is doing because they are against
anything from God and they are against anything that is good
and that they don’t control.
Q. Have there been any unexpected or positive results from the
recall?
Yes, we get to talk to a lot more people and our business has
shot off the map because the FDA has told people about us that
didn’t know about us before the recall. We have picked
up more distributors this past year and we have had the most
prosperous
two months ever in Jan and Feb of 2006.
Q. Describe the conditions of your manufacturing facility?
You could eat of the floor of our plant. It’s sanitary.
All of our employees there are wearing robes, booties, hats and
gloves. We just gave a tour yesterday to our state senators.
We have congressmen and state representatives and local people
who
are now involved in helping us with our plight!
You know the FDA has really helped our business and they hate
that we have God (prayer) listed on the bottle. That is our first
ingredient.
We pray over this stuff! The raw materials – the people who
mix it – pray over it, the people who sell it – pray
over it , the men who box it and ship it up the hill by the pallet
load lay hands on the pallet’s and ask God to bless every
drop that goes out and give wisdom to the people using it. Before
the orders go out by UPS, the shippers even pray that the orders
will arrive safely.
Q. What would you like your customers to know about
the recall?
We are doing everything the FDA wants us to do. Big Brother
has said we have to do it, so we are complying. Please get
the recall
letter filled out and send it back to us. If you believe you
have drugs, fill out the paperwork and send it back. If you
believe you don’t
have drugs put a zero down and send in the paperwork, because
we have to keep it on file.
The FDA forced us to provide them with a list of all our customers
which should be against the law. Now they are sending their
agents out and they are talking to people on the phone, going
into some
businesses and asking why they haven’t pulled the products
off their shelves. As is often the case, people ask if this a
mandatory recall and do I have to remove it from the shelves – when
they are told that the it’s not mandatory, they tell the
agents that they will only stop selling it if they receive a
court order to do so and until you have one, get out of my store!
There isn’t a health food store in the country that is
in love with the FDA because they are constantly trying to
put them out of business over Vitamin C and E and pepper and
everything
else.
Q. If there wasn’t any contamination – why
did you have to comply with the recall?
We don’t make drugs and have never shipped any drugs.
I did not want to comply with the recall, but our lawyers advised
to do so. We had to go through with the recall or we would
be
in non-compliance. They are right and
we are
wrong the way they see it, but there will come a time for us
to prove that there was nothing wrong and they have falsely
accused us. They have overstepped the boundaries here.
Q. Should distributors and individual customers send their
products back?
You have got to have your own opinion. The distributors need to pray about which direction to go and I want to remind them once again that this is a “drug” recall. We don’t
make drugs!
It’s left up to you. If people choose to send their product back,
they can. We will replace it and ship back some just like it. If
you choose to fill everything out and send it back, you are agreeing
with them (FDA) that it’s a drug. I tell people to take three deep
breaths and three steps back and read the recall again…it’s a drug
recall. We just make soap. The FDA does not control soap and they
certainly can’t control God and they can’t control your testimony.
This is a ministry, not just a business.
Q. What is Miracle II doing to put an end to the recall and accusations?
The FDA has laid themselves open in some areas according to
some people we have talked to and we are not going to have any mercy on them
and getting a suit against them, because they have overstepped the boundaries.
Q. Any closing remarks regarding the recall?
If there was a problem with the products you wouldn’t need an organization
to put you out of business because the customers would be the ones to put
you out of business because they would stop buying the product! If you get gasoline
at a station and your car dies, how long is that station going to stay in business. If
a product isn’t working, customers stop buying.
We just want to be treated fairly so we can continue on with our ministry that
God has sent us out there to do. The words of Jesus Christ has sent us out to
preach the gospel, heal the sick, raise the dead and cast devils out of people.
That’s all were doing – carrying on the commission of Jesus Christ.
I tell people, they aren’t just fighting me, they are fighting God. Read
the Book, God has never lost a battle. Some of his people have had to go through
some situations that test their faith and persistence, but they always come out
stronger, wiser and wealthier. We have been wrongfully accused and all of this
will play out – like my
Daddy used to say, it will all come out clean in the wash.
